Founder and Lead Instructor:
Ric Meza brings over 20 years of law enforcement experience to his role, complemented by his background as a former U.S. Army Infantryman and combat veteran. His extensive knowledge and dedication to service make him a valuable asset. Ric's commitment to excellence ensures that he approaches every challenge with integrity and professionalism. As a seasoned SWAT and sniper team leader for a decade, he is a certified sniper instructor who has trained various law enforcement agencies in both basic and advanced courses. Ric holds multiple qualifications, including basic sniper, FBI basic sniper, advanced sniper, sniper tripod utilization, sniper instructor, and 50 caliber sniper instructor. He serves as the ASA Region 4 representative and coordinates training for the Michigan Professional Snipers Consortium.
